Traditional Yoga
My general Yoga classes embrace both those who are new to Yoga and long-time practitioners.
The class includes, awareness, warm ups, deep muscular workout using a variety of Yoga asnas and breathing exercises. Meditation and stress control is also taught as part of the class as the benefits of meditation for things like stress, depression and high blood pressure are now pretty much proven. So after muscles have been moved and stretched my students enjoy the benefits of another aspect of Yoga, not always offered in the more physically dedicated classes.
