Pregnancy is a time when the whole body is filled with creative energy and life force. The practice of Yoga during pregnancy will bring your mind and awareness into your body and your baby inside.
These classes have been specially designed for Mum’s-to-be. They include a wide range of yoga asanas and exercises combined with different breathing and relaxation techniques, helping to achieve flexibility, strength and awareness to your body during the creation of a new life.
The new Dad's-to-be are invited to a special class where they learn techniques to help Mum's-to-be during labour.
